Privacy and texting terms

What we collect

When you book, we keep your name, mobile number, email if you give one, the pickup address and your notes. We use them to do the pickup, confirm it, remind you, and send your refund. Nothing else.

Texting

By booking, texting (587) 600-2393, or ticking the consent box on a form, you agree to receive texts about your pickup: a confirmation, a reminder the day before, a heads-up on pickup day, and, after a completed pickup, one request for a review. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help. We never sell or share your number.

Automated text replies

Texts to our booking line may be answered by an automated assistant. It says it is automated, uses what you send only to book and manage your pickup, and never asks for payment details. A person reads every thread.

Analytics

We use standard website analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not run advertising personalization.
