There is no app and no account. The booking happens in a text thread, and that thread is where your reminder, your heads-up and your receipt arrive.
Scan or text to book
The QR on the hanger opens a text to (587) 600-2393 with the first line already written. Send your address and pick a day, or book online in three taps.
Bag them, leave them by the door
Any bag or box. Set it out by 9 am on pickup day, in your two-hour window. You don't need to be home.
We remind you, we collect
A reminder the evening before, then a heads-up when we're about 10 minutes away, so your bags aren't sitting out all day.
You get the receipt and every cent
We count at the depot and send you an itemised receipt: how many at 10 cents, how many at 25. Then an e-transfer for your full refund.

What goes in the bag?
Every container with an Alberta deposit: cans, plastic and glass bottles, cartons, juice boxes, milk jugs, wine and liquor bottles. Empty them out. A quick rinse is nice, not required. Keep glass separate if you can, it makes counting faster.
Where do I leave it?
By your front door, on the step, or wherever you tell us when you book. Businesses usually have a bin room or back door. Say so and we'll go there.
When do you come?
Pickups run every day but Saturday. You pick the day and a two-hour window. Make it weekly and it repeats, reply SKIP to any reminder to skip a week.
How do I get my money?
We count at the depot at the provincial rate: 10 cents for 1 litre and under, 25 cents over 1 litre. You get the itemised receipt, then an e-transfer for your full refund.
